Jessica McKinnon is our candidate for Stuart.
Jessica has a long history of strong community involvement and has served on a number of committees in various roles. She has also spent many years helping organise community events through motorsport clubs.
Jessica does not personally consume cannabis but believes strongly in fairness and human rights. Through close friends living with chronic illness, including fibromyalgia, she has seen firsthand how medicinal cannabis can help people manage serious and debilitating conditions.
She believes patients deserve compassion, dignity and sensible laws based on evidence rather than stigma. Jessica put her hand up as a candidate to ensure voters in Stuart have the opportunity to support sensible cannabis law reform at the ballot box.
