Sallyann is our candidate for Port Adelaide.
Sallyann is an Enrolled Nurse with more than 30 years of experience across the aged care, health care and disability sectors. She is married and has one adult son.
Over the years, Sallyann has been an active member of several sporting clubs, contributing as both a committee member and a dedicated volunteer involved in events, team support and broader community activities.
After sustaining repetitive injuries during her 20 years working in aged care, Sallyann found relief through prescribed medicinal cannabis.
She wants to help end discrimination against medicinal cannabis patients on the roads and in the workplace.
Her lived experience has shaped her strong interest in fair treatment for patients, safer and more supportive health systems, improving care for vulnerable people and addressing homelessness.
